Essential Oil Pairings Guide

Blending essential oils is a simple way to create scents that feel more balanced, layered and personal. Below are popular pairings you can use as a starting point for whether you’re aiming for something fresh, floral, warm or calming.

Blending Safety First
Always dilute essential oils with a carrier oil before applying them to the skin. Do not ingest essential oils. Keep out of reach of children and pets.
How to Blend Essential Oils
1) Start with 2–3 oils max.
2) Use a simple ratio: 3 drops (main) + 2 drops (support) + 1 drop (accent).
3) Test small first (on a cotton pad or in a diffuser) before making a larger blend.
4) Adjust gradually by adding one drop at a time until it feels balanced.
