Refund & Exchange Policy

At Global Gifts, we do not offer refunds. We are happy to provide exchanges for eligible items that meet the conditions below.

Exchange Requirements

To be eligible for an exchange, the item must be:

  • Unused and in the same condition in which it was received
  • In its original packaging
  • Requested within 5 days of delivery

Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.

Incorrect or Damaged Items

If you receive an incorrect item or an item that was damaged during shipping, please contact us within 5 days of delivery. Please include your order number and clear photos of the item and its packaging.

Please keep the original packaging, as it may be required to process a shipping damage claim.

Non-Returnable / Final Sale Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Perfumes
  • Aroma and essential oils

How to Start an Exchange

All exchanges must be pre-approved by our store. To request an exchange, please email support@globalgifts.ca with the following information:

  • Order number
  • Product name(s) and SKU(s)
  • Quantity
  • Reason for exchange

Items returned without prior approval from our store will not be accepted.

We reserve the right to refuse any exchange that does not meet the conditions outlined above.
